Your new job:

We are seeking an experienced manager for the financial sector for an established company in the Bremen/Oldenburg area through direct placement .

In this key position, you will combine operational finance expertise with leadership responsibility and commercial management. You will work closely with senior management and international corporate functions, actively shaping the further development of the finance department.

Your tasks:

• They are responsible for the timely preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and ensure their integration into the group-wide reporting structures.
• They assume professional responsibility for all aspects of local financial accounting.
• They coordinate financial cooperation with international companies and central group divisions.
• They manage the annual corporate planning and are responsible for budgeting and regular forecasts.
• They assume disciplinary leadership of the finance team and develop the employees professionally and personally.
• They support the management as a competent contact person for commercial and financial decisions.
• They coordinate cooperation with auditing firms, tax auditors, and other external contacts.
• They review existing processes in the financial sector and drive their optimization and professionalization.

Your profile:

• They have a completed degree in economics with a focus on finance, accounting or finance, or a comparable qualification.
• They bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
• Financial statement accuracy according to German Commercial Code (HGB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is part of your professional foundation.
• Ideally, you have already managed employees or would like to take the next step into a responsible management position.
• They possess very good knowledge of common MS Office applications, especially in dealing with numerical analyses.
• They can communicate confidently in both German and English in a professional setting.
• They work pragmatically and in a solution-oriented manner, and maintain an overview even when dealing with parallel tasks and tight deadlines.
• Self-initiative, decisiveness and a confident demeanor complete your profile.
