The role:

→ Identify automation opportunities across finance processes and deploy AI agents to handle repetitive tasks, tracking ROI.→ Manage customer invoicing and contract review, and maintain the customer database.→ Track core SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV.→ Run monthly and annual close.→ Build board presentations and investor reports.→ Own COGS calculation, cost allocation logic, and capitalised development costs.→ Review and approve vendor invoices; manage vendor controlling and procurement liaison.→ Coordinate payment runs, liquidity planning, and cash flow forecasting.→ Handle intercompany invoicing across group entities.

What you'll need:

→ 2-4 years in finance advisory, controlling, or business finance - Big 4, consulting, or tech/scale-up backgrounds welcome.→ Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience building financial models and executive decks.→ Hands-on AI tool experience and genuine interest in automation.→ Comfort learning new finance software and managing data integrations.→ Experience preparing board-level communications.→ Track record managing external stakeholders - auditors, accountants, cross-functional teams.→ Fluent German and English.
