ABOUT THE ROLE

• Build the finance function from zero for a company poised to scale rapidly
• Move beyond spreadsheets to AI-powered, real-time financial operations
• Own the entire financial stack - from revenue models to investor reporting
• Partner directly with leadership to drive strategic decisions
• Create the blueprint for how modern startups should run finance

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design and maintain our ARR and unit economics models for confident decision-making
• Build automated pipelines connecting Stripe, product data, and CRM into live dashboards
• Create a real-time financial control center - simple interfaces over complex truths
• Partner with Engineering to build agentic workflows for anomaly detection and reporting
• Own metric definitions and ensure clarity across PLG, sales, upsell, and churn
