Responsibilities
  • Support the CFO and Controller in all aspects of loan administration
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of loan agreements, schedules, covenants, and compliance requirements
  • Prepare and submit loan draw requests in coordination with the finance department.
  • Improving and implementing process improvements to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Monitor loan covenants, deadlines, and reporting requirements; ensure compliance and timely submissions
  • Reconcile loan accounts and ensure interest payments, fees, and principal repayments are accurate and timely
  • Liaise with lenders, legal counsel, internal teams, and external consultants as needed
  • Assist with financial reporting related to loan activity and project financing
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc analyses and special projects as required
