Job Title: Finance Manager – Real Estate Brokerage
Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth in the real estate brokerage sector.
• Prepare regular financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
• Provide management with timely financial reports and insights for decision-making.

1. Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulatory requirements.

1. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the company’s financial stability.
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and financial risk.
• Optimize investment of surplus funds and financing strategies.

1. Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure proper compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and other applicable regulations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external consultants.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.

1. Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team.
• Provide training and development to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and senior management to align financial goals with business objectives.

1. Real Estate Brokerage Focus

• Track and reconcile property transactions, commissions, and agent payments.
• Analyze profitability of projects, property portfolios, and brokerage deals.
• Support management in structuring investment opportunities and partnerships.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per mont
