Based in Bella Vista, you’ll take ownership of finance across three related businesses, including: 

• Leading a finance team of six;
• Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting;
• Group consolidation and inter-company accounting;
• Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management;
• Working closely with operational and project leaders across the business;
• Monitoring project margins, profitability and working capital;
• Improving financial controls, processes and reporting;
• Supporting the MD and Group CFO with commercial decision making; and
• Continuing to develop the finance systems as the business evolves.
