Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Create short-term and long-term financial plans and analyze market trends to project future revenues and expenses.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the production of accurate financial statements, profit-and-loss reports, and cash flow analyses.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to protect company assets and capital.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial operations adhere to local, state, and federal laws as well as standard accounting principles.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor members of the accounting and finance team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
• Certifications: Professional qualifications such as a CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CMA are often preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years of background in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software (such as SAP or Oracle).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic leadership abilities.

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
