Fixed Assets Accounting, tracking, movement ,CAPEX plans, calculation of ARRs & evaluation Complete handling of accounting controls (such as assets, liabilities, incomes and gains reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, etc.). Ensuring that any transaction is in correct alignment with the accounting policies and control environment of the company. Timely and accurate preparation of MIS/Budgets. Consolidation of MIS/Budgets for the company as a whole. Analysis of MIS data and bringing out facts underlying the data through discussions with operations at various levels of the organization. Analyzing reports and bringing out decision points. Complete responsibility of financial and business control for the company as a whole – conducting process validation and audit and reporting deviations from policies, standards, procedures, etc. Tracking internal processes and control adherence in the company. Creating and presenting MIS for such tracking. Should have exposure in Inter Office and Inter Company reconciliation. Tracking compliances with laws and adherence to disclosures made. Additional Information Qualified CA with 4-6 years’ experience Should be able to cater to the requirements of statutory and internal audits in all completeness. Should be good in MS office (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Should be a team player & good communicator. Analytical ability should be high – clear thinking. Should have the ability to bring out business and financial implications of decisions. Should be quality focused and target oriented. Ability to maintain compliance of time and quality targets seamlessly from various points of delivery within and outside the Finance Department will be needed. Ability to understand and articulate the financial impact of business decisions. Should be able to define and articulate roles and responsibilities to the team members.
