JOB TITLE: Finance Manager LOCATION: Jakarta, Indonesia CONTRACT TYPE: Full-time REPORTING TO: Operations Director PURPOSE OF THE ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team in Jakarta. This individual will play a critical role in managing the finance function for our UAE entity as well as group-level financial consolidation, tax compliance oversight, and group payroll management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Reporting & Month-End Close Fully own the month-end close process for each entity ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Manage group-level consolidated reporting, ensuring intercompany alignment. Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis Lead group-level cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis. Own the budget-vs-actual analysis, providing insights and variance commentary. Support leadership with financial modelling, project costing insights, and ad-hoc analysis. Bookkeeping & Accounting Management Maintain accurate and compliant bookkeeping for the UAE entity. Oversee intercompany transfers and reconciliation across the group. Ensure all financial controls are effective, documented, and continuously improved. Tax, Compliance & Audit Manage Indonesia, UAE & KSA tax compliance including VAT, ESR, statutory audits, and renewal of company licenses. Lead all UAE/DMCC/ADGM audit processes, acting as key contact for auditors. Oversee Indonesia’s tax filing and audit processes. Lead group-level tax and compliance governance. Payroll Own UAE payroll end-to-end and oversee Indonesia payroll. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA) preferred. 5–10+ years of relevant finance experience, ideally in a multi-entity environment. Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS preferred). Experienced in bookkeeping, consolidated reporting, and cross-border compliance. Familiarity with UAE tax and regulatory frameworks is a strong advantage. Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail. High integrity, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently across time zones. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). WHY JOIN US? Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting. They will also manage budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and payroll for the UAE entity and group-level operations.
