Description
  • Management of overall Finance Function of Organization
  • Participate in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial process.
  • Maintains a standardized finance operations and activities based on organization principles, requirement and to ensure proper accounting system
  • Preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Framework.
  • Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information
  • Reviews various reports and GL schedules to monitor accuracy and completeness of the financial information generated from the transactions.
  • Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
  • Initiate, coordinate and liaise with auditors and internal/external stakeholders
  • Guarantee audit initiation and completion within the agreed time frame
  • Guarantee ICV initiation and completion within the agreed time frame
  • Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
  • Advise staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
  • VAT Management
  • Managing and tracking all investments and keeping a track of activities.
  • Managing all activities relevant to Performance Bond, Tender Bond and LC
  • Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
  • Monitors and analyzes department work and performance to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Management of statement of account of client

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION.

Candidate should have 8-10 Years of Experience in similar Role and must be from any of the below certifies Body.
