The Finance Manager is responsible for providing financial leadership that directly supports Matna’s factory efficiency, cost control, production discipline, and sustainable profitability. This role ensures that financial oversight is tightly integrated with plant operations, enabling informed decisions around raw material utilization, production cost management, inventory control, and margin protection. At Matna, we are committed to building a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and empowers talented professionals who share our passion for excellence, collaboration, and innovation—creating an environment where ideas thrive and standards are continually raised Job Description Provide financial oversight for factory operations, ensuring accurate capture and control of production costs Partner with Production and Supply Chain teams to monitor raw material usage, yield performance, and cost efficiency Drive cost control initiatives that reduce waste, rework, downtime-related losses, and inventory aging Develop and maintain structured budgeting and forecasting aligned with production plans and commercial demand Monitor inventory valuation, stock movement, and finished goods control to prevent financial losses from overproduction or aging stock Support pricing decisions with accurate cost analysis and margin insight Ensure proper financial documentation and controls across procurement, production, and sales processes Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management decision-making Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and financial discipline within the factory environment Collaborate with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to financial standards and policies Provide financial insights that support operational efficiency, capital planning, and resource optimization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is required Minimum of 8–12 years’ finance experience within FMCG, food processing, agro-processing, or industrial manufacturing Strong experience in factory cost accounting, inventory control, and production cost analysis Demonstrated ability to work closely with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams in a processing environment Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a manufacturing setting Experience implementing and maintaining strong internal controls and compliance standards High level of analytical ability, attention to detail, and financial discipline Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and data analysis Additional Information Competitive Compensation. 5-day workweek.
