QUALIFICATIONS:

• Arabic
• 7–10 years of finance/accounting experience, ideally in energy and trading sector.
• With at least 3–5 years UAE in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA is a plus.
• Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting skills.
• Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Dubai. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgeting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading financial reporting efforts. Day-to-day tasks also include developing financial strategies, providing insights and recommendations to senior management, and managing the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
