Alber Blanc is an international prop high frequency trading company with more than 13 years of experience. We are in the top 5 companies trading on the biggest crypto exchanges. We are looking for a Finance Manager who will take ownership of our financial operations and support our team in the Netherlands. This role combines financial administration with payroll and employee support, ensuring smooth internal processes and compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities: Responsible for finance reports (invoices, VAT documents, payroll) Preparing and signing labor contracts with the employees, collaborating with our providers about Dutch labor law Providing employees with payrolls Helping employees to fill in tax declarations (once a year)Responsible for employees payments (travel expenses, social insurance, bonuses) Maintaining the internal system Requirements: Fluent English and Dutch - must have, Russian is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in finance, payroll administration, or accounting roles. Experience working with Dutch labor law and employment regulations (or willingness to learn quickly with guidance from external providers). Experience handling payroll processes and employee compensation matters. Strong understanding of financial reporting, invoicing, VAT documentation, and payroll calculations. Familiarity with employment contract preparation and HR administrative processes. High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
