Finance Manager / Investment Controller (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Optimization and further development of a standardized reporting system between the participating companies
• Taking over monthly reporting and investment controlling, as well as consolidation of all idverde Germany and reporting to the international group of companies.
• Implementation, optimization and monitoring of financial and operational KPIs
• Preparation of the entire group plan and coordination of the subsidiaries within the framework of the annual budget process.
• Preparation of a monthly rolling forecast for all subsidiaries and the holding company
• Preparation of liquidity plans and liquidity management within the group
• Providing support in the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with commercial law, coordinating the subsidiaries and exchanging information with auditors, tax advisors and lawyers.
• Support for the onboarding of new subsidiaries from a financial and reporting perspective.
• Support in the operational management of the holding companies

Your profile

• You have a completed degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in Economics with a focus on Finance and Controlling or Corporate Finance.
• You have at least five years of professional experience in controlling and finance in a medium-sized company environment, or you have already gained experience in finance with group structure and consolidation, or in a financial or business consulting firm.
• You have experience working with German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS and possess very good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• You are familiar with common financial accounting and consolidation systems (e.g. Datev, SAP, LucaNet) and ideally also with BI tools (e.g. PowerBI).
• You have a hands-on mentality
• You are fluent in both German and English, both spoken and written.
