Your Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to form long- and short-term plans to maximise opportunities based on in-depth commercial insights and business knowledge.
• Understand the business strategy, value drivers and KPIs, and provide financial analysis and insights into performance. Identify trends, risks, opportunities and gaps, and present these to senior stakeholders across the business and Finance.
• Positively influence stakeholders to improve commercial performance and achieve business and financial objectives.
• Coordinate capital expenditure budgets and portfolio reporting.
• Collaborate with business partners and key stakeholders on quarterly forecasts and monthly performance results, and develop annual budgets and five-year plans for revenue and expenses.
• Prepare monthly management and Board reports, including reports on ratios, key transactions, revenue statistics and KPIs.

Your Experience And Qualifications

Must Have

• Proven ability to influence key stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes.
• Strong technical accounting, business partnering, project management and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related field, along with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand or CPA Australia qualifications.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience in a management accounting role, ideally within a commercial organisation.
• Relevant industry experience in a financial services or technology organisation would be advantageous.
