Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to join our team. This is
a commission-only role, ideal for someone with a strong background in auto financing,
especially in sub-prime lending. You will work with both in-stock units and a consistent flow of
qualified finance leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle finance applications, approvals, and delivery coordination
• Work closely with lenders to secure competitive finance packages, especially for

sub-prime customers

• Follow up with incoming finance leads and guide clients through the approval and

purchase process

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth deal flow and maximize conversions
• Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and dealership policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive financing (sub-prime experience is a must)
• Strong relationships with sub-prime lenders is a major asset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• OMVIC certification (or willingness to obtain)
