• Drive front-end and back-end profitability across a high-volume pre-owned operation
• Structure and close deals with precision, maximizing approvals and lender relationships
• Manage a robust used/pre-owned portfolio – if you don’t live and breathe pre-owned, this role isn’t for you
• Train, mentor, and energize sales teams to hit aggressive targets
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations (FTC, CFPB, etc.)
