JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Part-Time Finance Manager to join our dealership team. This role is responsible for structuring deals, securing financing, and ensuring compliance with all legal and lender requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive finance and strong communication skills to guide customers through the purchase and financing process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in automotive finance or F&I
• Experience with Dealertrack
• Strong understanding of lender guidelines and legal compliance
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Available to work part-time, including some evenings or weekends
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Structure vehicle deals to maximize profit and customer satisfaction
• Secure financing through approved lenders and banks
• Present financial products (warranties, GAP, service contracts, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations
• Accurately complete and submit paperwork for funding
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and closing process
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
• Stay updated on current finance programs, rates, and requirements
