QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a dealership. Sales Management or Business office experience is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of vehicle financing, leasing options, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with DMS and CRM systems (e.g., Dealertrack, Activix, Serti, RouteOne).
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through financing options and product offerings with integrity, professionalism, and transparency.
  • Build strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive rates.
  • Present warranty, insurance, and aftermarket products clearly and effectively.
  • Ensure all finance documentation is accurate and complies with all legal and dealership standards.
  • Funding details and making sure all contracts are accurate
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth and timely vehicle delivery.
  • Monitor finance department performance and help drive profitability.
  • Stay current with automotive financing laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
