Description

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to lead our day-to-day finance operations while supporting high-impact strategic initiatives. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to take ownership across management accounts reporting, team leadership, and business insight development.

  • Lead and develop a finance team of three, covering Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger functions
  • Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and insightful commentary
  • Conduct payroll processing, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls
  • Partner closely with the CFO to develop financial insights and enhance reporting capabilities across the business
  • Play a central role in FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Support value creation projects, such as process improvements, system upgrades, pricing strategies, or M&A due diligence
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
