Job description
An opportunity has arisen at this fast paced, retail bar group with 5 venues across two cities. Our support office is based in Liverpool. We are a business that believes in innovation and delivering a great experience. We currently employ around 120 people and have an expansion plan to open further locations across the UK.
This is a full-time role, with the possibility of flexible working hours for the right candidate.
You will ideally have experience in a fast-paced leisure/retail environment, but this is not essential. The organisation is one which prides itself on employing people who make a difference so a proven ability and hunger to produce great quality results will be key.
Skills & experience to include:
- At least five years’ experience of Monthly Management Accounts
- Managing a small Finance Team
- Commercial analysis & reporting; P&L reporting
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Cash management & Control
- Business partnering with budget holders and managers
- Year-end Accounts and managing External Audit
- Maintaining and developing Banking Relationship
- Capex Control
- Financial Modelling
- Weekly Cashflow
- VAT returns
- Cost Centre Reporting/Cost Control
- Weekly/Monthly Payroll
- EPOS Management
- Systems: Sage 200, Advanced MS Excel skills (SQL level), Fourth HR, Tevalis EPOS
