Key Responsibilities:Financial Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute the Group’s financial strategy in line with business objectives.
Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and senior management.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
Monitor financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Establish strong financial controls, policies and reporting standards.
Project & Commercial FinanceOversee financial performance across residential fit-out and design & build projects.
Monitor project budgets, actual costs, commitments, variations and profitability.
Work closely with Project Managers and Commercial teams on project financial performance.
Review project cost-to-complete and identify potential cost overruns at an early stage.
Ensure accurate project costing and margin analysis.
Support commercial teams in contract reviews, variations, claims and payment terms.
