WHAT IS EXPECTED?

We’re seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join a dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the financial leadership of the organisation , supporting both their mission and wider social impact goals.
· Managing the annual budget, ensuring strong financial health and alignment with strategic priorities
· Monitoring income, expenditure and cash flow; preparing regular financial reports for the Executive Leadership Team
· Handling all financial transactions, including invoicing, payroll and procurement
· Leading on credit control and ensuring compliance with statutory financial regulations and audits
· Producing social impact reports and tracking KPIs related to community engagement
· Advising on procurement, value for money, and cost-saving opportunities
· Supporting audits, funding reviews, and aligning financial plans with growth projections
