Key duties will include;·Development and maintenance of strong financial controls·Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations·Ownership of the financial close.Financial accounting/ management accounting.Journal posting.Business Partnering·Support external audit and regulatory reporting production·Financial reporting·Stakeholder engagement across multiple sites

This role is quite mixed so does involve reporting and business partnering but also requires the end production of the monthly financials through posting journals i.e. accruals/prepayments etc. THEREFORE THE ABOVE EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL AND MUST BE CLEARLY DEMONSTRATED

The Person·Fluent German and English language skills.Experience working for a German based business.Experience of HGB reporting·Strong financial accounting skill set·Confident Excel skills·Experience gained in an international business environment·LOCATED in Germany within a commutable distance of Berlin
