Purpose of the Role BGIS is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support a major telecommunications services portfolio within a fast-paced and evolving client environment. Reporting directly to the Account Manager, you will work collaboratively with both client and BGIS teams to deliver accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis, and financial governance across the portfolio. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, building trusted stakeholder relationships, and bringing structure and clarity to complex financial information. You will play an important role in supporting operational and commercial outcomes through accurate reporting, thoughtful analysis, and strong communication. The successful candidate will be organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting key deadlines. Strong accounting capability is essential, along with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly and work collaboratively across a range of stakeholder groups.  You will be joining a supportive and close-working team environment where relationship building, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset are highly valued.  Education, Experience & Skills Essential: * CA or CPA qualification  * Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial accounting and reporting (all levels encouraged to apply) * Strong technical accounting and financial management capability, with demonstrated experience managing end-to-end month-end accounts and reporting deliverables. * Proven experience in Finance Manager or Accounting Management positions  * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency across Microsoft Office applications  * Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills  * Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within structured timeframes  * Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability  * Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Business  * Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced operational environment  Workplace Flexibility This is a hybrid role based in Macquarie Park, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home once onboarding and training are completed.
