JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in accounting and financial management, with strong proficiency in Xero accounting software. Familiarity with Singapore’s accounting standards, GST submission, and corporate tax regulations is essential.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience in Singapore.
• Proficiency in Xero is a must; knowledge of other accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST, and corporate tax regulations.
• Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in managing accounts for multiple companies.
• Experience in audit coordination or corporate services firm will be a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide financial insights

• Manage full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely month-end closing.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Handle GST submissions, corporate tax filing, and ensure compliance with IRAS and ACRA requirements.
• Manage bookkeeping and financial reporting using Xero software.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders when required.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
