Description We are seeking a highly qualified Bilingual Finance Manager to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. The Finance Manager will oversee the company’s financial activities and collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting and analysis. The Finance Manager will also participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Requirements Job Responsibilities: Provide advice in collaboration with the Korean CFO for operating the manufacturing company in compliance with U.S. accounting standards and tax laws Support in preparing foundational materials for reports to the Korean head office Support in converting between IFRS and K-IFRS Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies. Provide support during the annual audit process. Monitor and manage cash flow. Conduct financial analysis and benchmarking to drive performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in finance management. Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices. Proficiency in financial management software and tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Bilingual in English & Korean is required. Desired Experience: Prior experience in the manufacturing industry. Knowledge of international accounting standards.
