Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Manages finance related activities including budgeting, financial planning and analysis and forecasting operations. Responsibilities Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals. Oversees the completion and review of various financial models, proformas, and ad-hoc projects and analyses. Oversees the completion and review of capital and operating budgets, as assigned. Collaborates with shared services to ensure financial statements and operating metrics are accurate, as assigned. May manage individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans to ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet and, or, support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
