JOB SUMMARY:

Blaze Sales and Service Inc. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Finance Manager with 5–7 years of expertise in accounting, finance, and customer collection management. The Finance Manager will oversee AR/AP, banking, taxation, financial reporting, and actively drive customer collections and financing activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA Finance preferred).
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, taxation, and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills for collections.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle bank dealings including reconciliations, deposits, payments, and financing arrangements.
  • Prepare and issue invoices and maintain accurate customer and vendor statements.
  • Ensure timely filing of income tax and sales tax as per U.S. compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) Statements and Balance Sheets for management.
  • Supervise customer accounts, address financial queries, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Actively call and follow up with customers for payment collection, ensuring timely receipts.
  • Coordinate with banks for financing, loans, and working capital management.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and maintain well-documented financial records.
  • Provide financial insights to management for business planning and decision-making.
