DESCRIPTION

All in IT Solutions is a Stanmore based ICT company which has been for the past decade in providing consolidated ICT services to just under 1000 SME’s
The tasks of the Finance Manager would include, but not limited to:
✅ Financial forecasting and budgeting
✅ Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
✅ Day to day bookkeeping
✅ BAS preparations and lodgements
✅ Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
✅ Complete tax forms
✅Overseeing the creation, execution and supervision of accounting systems
✅Maintaining the integrity of the accounting system and to ensure it remains effective and operational at all times
✅Coordinating and preparing annual budgets including operational and capital expenditure budgets
✅Providing long term profit projections, budgeting and financial reporting
✅Ensuring compliance with all financial legislation and standards
Required Skills and Experience Required:
➖Proven bookkeeping experience
➖Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
➖Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
➖Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
➖Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
➖Proficiency in English and MS Office applications
➖Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
➖High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
➖Hold a relevant tertiary financial and/or accounting qualifications
➖Be able to prove at least 3 years of experience managing finance for a company or a large department in a company
➖Have excellent oral and written English communication skills
➖Have experience using relevant accounting software such as Xero or be willing to learn
➖Be self-motivated with meticulous attention to detail
➖Be presentable, punctual, professiona
