• Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers purchasing new and used vehicles
• Providing customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties, as well as manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Maintaining strong working relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
• Processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources
• Managing the sales transaction from close to delivery
• Accurately completing forms to ensure all service work, add-on sales and detailing are completed by delivery date.
• Preparing and completing loan documentation, vehicle transfers, extended insurance and service contracts.
• Providing excellent customer service
