What’s the Role: This role reports to the Director, Business Performance & Analytics WIB and is responsible for supporting the WIB Executive Team through insightful reporting and timely analysis on revenue and balance sheet.  Key Responsibilities: * Act as a key Finance partner across Business Performance & Analytics, WIB Finance, Group Finance and Treasury, supporting revenue, balance sheet and capital (RWA) activities  * Prepare and coordinate Balance Sheet Committee materials, including WIB BSMG and WIB ALF papers  * Deliver timely, accurate reporting and insightful commentary on WIB revenue and balance sheet performance for flash, monthly and executive reporting  * Lead consolidation of revenue and balance sheet inputs for forecasting cycles, ASX results, executive packs and Group Finance requirements  * Maintain strong governance over data, models and reporting outputs, including reconciliations, controls and documentation  * Drive continuous improvement by simplifying, standardising and automating reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk What do I need? * Tertiary qualification in Commerce or Accounting; CA or CPA preferred  * Strong financial capability, including modelling, variance analysis, scenario planning, and understanding of planning, forecasting and performance reporting cycles  * Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills, with high attention to detail and sound judgement  * Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders across teams and senior levels  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present financial insights  * Solid experience with financial reporting and planning tools such as Excel, Cognos, Oracle and TM1, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Why join us?
