YOUR PROFILE

We’re looking for someone who combines technical competence with great people skills, who is confident operating independently while also collaborating closely with the FD and senior team and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates will have:
· Experience in a finance manager or senior finance operational role with evidence of line management
· Strong knowledge of Xero and financial reporting systems
· Ability to manage small teams and communicate well across departments, as well as manage sensitive financial discussions professionally.
· Fully ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
· A proactive, accountable and detail-focused attitude
· Motivated by growth
