POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, building comprehensive financial books, performing valuations, and managing fundraising efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in financial management, with a strong background in building books, valuations, and fundraising.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications like CFA, CPA, or ACCA is a plus).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging with stakeholders and investors.
• Knowledge of financial software and tools.

• Develop and maintain detailed financial records and reports.
• Conduct accurate and insightful financial valuations and forecasts.
• Lead and manage fundraising initiatives, including preparing financial models and presentations for investors.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
