COMPANY DESCRIPTION

As a leading audio visual systems integration company; Candeo Vision has developed a large portfolio of clients across a varied range of market sectors. We work with construction companies, building new office spaces and directly with end user clients. We deliver turnkey solutions that ensure protection on investment and best value for money, with a focus on providing comprehensive technical support post-installation. Candeo Vision offers bespoke solutions to clients throughout the UK, seamlessly integrating into new or existing spaces to deliver a high-quality and intuitive user experience.
Projects are predominantly in London, and therefore we would like to recruit London regional service engineers to join our team. There will be opportunities to travel across the UK and Europe if the service engineer’s desire.

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Finance Manager with a strong knowledge of UK and EU accountancy practices, particularly in the areas of purchasing and shipping goods into Europe.
This role will initially focus on core financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, banking payments, and compliance, within a small but growing finance team. As the company expands, this individual will take on greater responsibility in managing the financial operations across the region.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & KEY ATTRIBUTES

  • Strong knowledge of UK and EU accounting standards and financial regulations.
  • Experience in finance functions related to purchasing and importing goods into Europe.
  • Hands-on experience with accounts payable, receivable, and banking transactions.
  • Ability to work independently in a small but growing finance team.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Relevant finance or accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft Business Central software
