Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Governance

• Oversee and review month-end and year-end close processes across the group
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of consolidated financial statements
• Maintain strong balance sheet governance, including review of reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Oversee revenue recognition and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Review management reporting packs prior to submission to the CFO
• Ensure financial documentation is audit-ready and consistently maintained
• Identify and proactively address financial reporting risks
• Support budgeting processes and conduct variance analysis against forecasts and budgets
• Liaise with the French headquarters on reporting and finance matters
