We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic leadership team. Job Summary As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle financing and insurance process while ensuring a smooth, compliant, and customer-friendly transaction. You will work closely with the sales and management teams to maximize profitability while delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Present and clearly explain financing and insurance options to customers. Secure approvals from lenders and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions. Prepare and review all required documentation for accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Work with the sales team to achieve monthly finance and product sales goals. Offer and sell vehicle protection products, service contracts, and other aftermarket products. Ensure all deals are fully compliant with dealership policies and applicable laws. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and submit timely funding documents.
