At CNG, you’ll do work that matters—and own it all. Schedule: Monday - Friday, Business hours ---------------------------------------- What You'll Do * Summarize, present and report on outcomes of established targets, projects and business initiatives as related to a specific business unit * Serve as the primary finance partner to business unit lead and partner with him/her to identify opportunities for efficiency and/or growth * Play heavy role in supporting the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts * Oversee month end close process for his/her business unit * Provide regular reporting on business unit financial metrics * Lead ad-hoc analysis and present findings to non-financial partners * Develop tools for business use to gain efficiencies and support workstreams * Proactively communicate effectively on areas of opportunity, results of workstreams, roadblocks, needed resources, and risks * Support the growth and development of a small team of analysts * Be a leader of thinking and acting like an Owner throughout the business ---------------------------------------- What You’ll Bring Essential Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred and/or CPA or CMA  * 5+ years in a progressive finance role in a multi-unit operations environment required, blown film and/or cast film company is highly desired. * Proficient in Excel: creating formulas, pivot tables, macros, dashboards, charts, etc * Experience building business partnerships across numerous facilities and cross functional groups in a remote environment * Strong analytical background with ability to identify root cause relationships * Comprehensive system skills, very high attention to detail * Expert in Excel and manipulating large data sets into meaningful reports * Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment * Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization * Must respect and maintain confidentiality of data  ---------------------------------------- Compensation & Benefits  Total Rewards: * Employee Ownership – Become a company owner day 1! * Full medical, dental, and vision insurance upon hire * Holiday Pay * Paid vacation  * 401(k) with company match * Performance-based bonuses * Tuition reimbursement * Career advancement opportunities across 15+ facilities ---------------------------------------- Ready to Own Your Future?
