We are a leading family office with extensive operations in Dubai, seeking an experienced Finance Manager - Chartered Accountant to join our team.
Our family office manages a diverse portfolio of investments across various asset classes, and we are looking for a talented finance professional to oversee our financial management and reporting.
Reporting to: CFO
Work Location: Onsite | Dubai
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM

REQUIREMENTS:

• Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, preferably in a similar role within a family office, investment firm, or private wealth management company
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices, particularly in the UAE
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as accounting and portfolio management systems

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the family office and investment portfolio
• Manage financial reporting, including monthly and annual financial statements, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management and control
• Analyze financial data to inform investment decisions and provide insights to senior management
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including the family office principals and investment managers
• Manage and supervise a team of finance professionals
