Description

Responsible for managing the company’s financial health by overseeing budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and compliance. Ensures efficient cash flow management, profitability, and adherence to UAE financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management.
  • Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial planning to optimize profitability.
  • Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, VAT regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external financial institutions.
  • Implement internal controls to prevent fraud, errors, and financial discrepancies.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws, VAT regulations, and IFRS standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
