We are a fast-growing crypto company operating across Centralized Exchange services and Real World Assets (RWA) tokenization, empowering investors and institutions to bridge traditional finance with Web3 innovation. With a mission to build a secure, compliant, and scalable platform, we are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations and strategy during our rapid growth phase.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CFA/ACA preferred).
• 6+ years of finance experience, with at least 2–3 years in crypto, fintech, or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of crypto accounting, blockchain transactions, and exchange operations.
• Experience in RWA investment structures, securitization, or tokenization is a plus.
• Familiarity with UAE corporate finance laws and international tax regimes.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex financial data clearly.
• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities, including accounting, treasury, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role requires a deep understanding of both traditional finance and crypto asset management, with expertise in navigating regulatory requirements in the UAE and global markets.
