YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Strategic Leadership: Identify commercial and operational risks and opportunities and contribute to strategic planning and execution.
• Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing, customer-centric finance team. Mentor junior staff and foster strong internal and external relationships.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and driving continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and collaborate with senior management, auditors, suppliers, and government agencies to ensure robust financial outcomes.
• Governance & Compliance: Oversee adherence to compliance standards, corporate governance, and internal financial controls.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

• Degree in Accounting or a related field
• Professional Accounting Qualification (CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Experience in a multi-site environment with strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in financial and statutory reporting, analysis, and reconciliation
• Proven skills in continuous improvement in systems and driving change.
• Previous leadership and/or management experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office and computer literacy
