Job Description MISSION: We are looking for a “Finance Manager” who acts as a trusted advisor to the business by translating financial data into meaningful insights and partnering with stakeholders across organization to drive business performance; while ensuring compliance with regulatory, accounting and internal governance requirements MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead FP&A for Coface Singapore Branch by providing financial insights to guide/influence decisions making, steering business performance, and ensuring alignment with business priorities Provide regular business update - month-end actual result and estimate vs. budget update, including update any risks & opportunities to Regional CFO and Country Manager Play key role in financial planning for responsible entities by preparing & managing budgets, forecasts, analyzing trends, and preparing investment analysis Lead analysis of actual financial results Be a sparring partner with non-finance stakeholders to understand business Risk & Opportunities and its financial implication, and escalate to right channel on timely manner Lead, coach & guide team members to ensure timely deliverable of operational tasks i.e., Regulatory requirement submission Month-end closing Audit & tax requirement Group reporting both actual and budget/forecast Payment approval Procurement Be a change agent - Champion operational excellence by continuously driving process simplification & efficiency with close collaboration with Shared Service Center (Bangalore) Be a role model – Adhere to Coface’s core value Client focus; Expertise; Courage & accountability; Collaboration Live “ONE SEA & INDIA finance team” vision – support & strongly collaborate with other finance team members across SEA & India; and drive positive team engagement Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – in business or finance or accounting CPA Australia certification or ACCA certification or CA Singapore certification is a plus, but not prerequisite Minimum 7 years of working experience in FP&A or controlling Audit or financial consultancy experience from Big 4 is preferred, but not mandatory.
