Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting operations, supervise the accounting team, prepare financial statements and management reports, handle VAT and Corporate Tax filings, coordinate external audits, oversee inventory and vehicle costing, manage intercompany and multi-currency transactions, and improve accounting procedures and financial controls.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of combined accounting and audit experience, preferably with a Big Four firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG).
• Strong practical knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, FTA compliance, and IFRS.
• FTA Registered Tax Agent preferred.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, month/year-end closing, GL, reconciliations, audit preparation, and internal controls.
• ERP accounting system experience is essential.
• Automotive, trading, import/export, inventory accounting, vehicle costing, and multi-currency experience are highly preferred.
• CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Syrian candidates preferred.
• UAE-based candidates or those available for immediate relocation are preferred.
