Our Munich HQ is the heartbeat of our brand, bringing together finance, design, marketing, and operations.
Our Finance & Controlling team is responsible for accounting, invoicing, financial reporting, and planning across our hotels. Now, we’re looking for a Finance & Controlling Specialist to help keep our operations running smoothly.

• Be the finance contact for up to three hotels, supporting hotel managers.
• Oversee coordination with external service providers (e.g., accounting, tax, IT systems).
• Handle accounting tasks, including cash register processes and account reconciliations.
• Manage invoice processing, accounts payable & receivable, and payments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning.
• Prepare financial reports for management and investors.
• Lead finance process improvements and coordinate projects with internal and external teams.
