Responsibilities: Management Reporting - Lead the preparation and review of management accounts, flash reports, and variance analyses. - Perform quality checks on financial statements from the reporting team and prepare management narratives. - Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring of actual vs planned spend. - Prepare quarterly board papers, performance dashboards, and executive summaries. Corporate Finance & Special Projects - Build and maintain financial models and valuations for new projects, investments, and acquisitions. - Conduct feasibility and financial viability studies for new business opportunities. - Support fund-raising activities including project financing and equity placement. - Liaise with banks, advisors, and legal teams for due diligence and financial documentation. Must Have: - Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline. - 5–7 years of experience in management reporting, corporate finance, or project finance. - Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis. - Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes. Nice to have / Bonus: - MBA, CFA, or ACCA qualification. - Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries. - Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with regional partners and investors. Location: - Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur - Modern HQ with a 5-day work week
