About the RoleAs Finance Manager, you will lead the end-to-end finance function, from day-to-day accounts through to month-end, reporting and strategic analysis. You will manage the accounts team and own budgeting, forecasting and cashflow at both company and project level. This is a hands-on leadership role where your insights will directly inform decisions on profitability, growth and risk.

• DutiesLead the finance function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll, and manage the accounts team.
• Deliver the month-end close, accurate financial reporting and performance insights to support decision-making.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, project pipeline forecasting and company and project cashflow.
• Oversee WIP reporting and project financial performance, including revenue recognition and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with financial and statutory obligations, including payroll, superannuation, payroll tax and WorkCover.
