Finance Manager – Downtown Chicago | $110K–$125K + 10% bonus | Hybrid (4 days in-office)
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join a fast-growing, multi-unit retail finance team. The Finance Manager will provide financial analysis, modeling, and insights to support operations and FP&A.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of FP&A or retail accounting experience.
• BS in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and business partnering abilities.

• Serve as the financial partner for operations and FP&A teams as a Finance Manager .
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis for business units.
• Review KPIs, financial results, and variances to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and present insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and process improvements.
• Deliver ad hoc financial insights and recommendations in the role of Finance Manager .
