We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a detail-driven, commercially minded Finance Manager to take ownership of our finance function and keep everything running like clockwork.

THE ROLE

You’ll be the go-to person for all things finance at Circle. From keeping the books balanced, making sure our contractors get paid on time, to managing operating costs and producing monthly management accounts, you’ll be an essential part of our success story.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Preparation and maintenance of accounting records within Xero:
• Keeping records of receipts and payments
• Reconciling the balances with bank statements
• Managing sales and purchase ledgers
• Weekly uploads to invoice discounting facility and monthly reconciliations
• Reviewing expenses and ensuring correct coding for VAT/accounting purposes
• Complete postings to nominal ledger
• Authorise and action payments from company bank account
• Quarterly MTD VAT returns
• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Produce cashflow forecasts
• Manage the pay and bill process within Intime:
• Produce and issue sales invoices to clients
• Produce and issue self-bills to contractors and umbrella companies
• Produce and process weekly payment schedule
• Deal with queries from contractors and client
  You will work closely with our leadership team to provide financial insight.
