Job Description Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director (based in the Philippines), you will be responsible for enhancing and overseeing the Finance & Accounting function in Vietnam. Liaise with the Group finance shared service center (based in Cebu, Philippines) to ensure the proper support to the local offices in terms of accounting operations (AR, AP, GL), financial reporting, and treasury activities. Supervise the timely and accurate filing of taxation (VAT, CIT, WHT, etc...), statutory audits, and other local regulatory submissions. Serve as the primary liaison with local banks and coordinate with the Group Treasury team to implement the company’s cash management processes. Prepare cash flow forecasts and collaborate with the Group Treasury team to ensure sufficient funding to meet payment requirements. Identify local tax requirements and work with Group finance management to address them (e.g. transfer pricing, tax exemption opportunities etc...). Partner with the Group Finance team to prepare budgets, analyze variances, and provide clear explanations. Assist local corporate secretaries to maintain accurate records and complete legal filings for subsidiaries in coordination with the Group Legal Department. Develop and maintain accounting policies, working with local teams to ensure full compliance. Provide finance support to local operations management in understanding and optimizing cost structure. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with Chief Accountant license in Vietnam. Other international accounting qualification is a plus. - At least 7 years work experience in finance and accounting functions in local subsidiaries of multi-national companies, with exposure to accounting, treasury and tax issues. - Ability to communicate and influence other business heads on finance requirements and decision making. -Good command of Vietnamese and English communication Additional Information Benefits 5 work days (8am - 5pm), off Saturday and Sunday 12 months salary with Year End performance Bonus Social Insurance covered within probation Regular festival event Work Location: Thu Duc City D2 district Department: Finance Workplace Type: Onsite City: Ho Chi Minh City
